Prior to GHO, Peter had a 15-year career with creative agencies in Sydney and London. He was associate-director in London with Lowe Howard-Spink before returning to Sydney to be the Managing Director for Lowe Lintas, a large integrated international agency. Peter launched his own business called 360 in 2000 with foundation client the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
Having subsequently launched a separate design company and acquired another creative agency, he merged the businesses to form GHO in 2008. A strong proponent of the value that independent agencies bring to clients and individual careers, GHO now has a 21-year relationship with its foundation client and a leading staff retention rate in the industry. Peter’s focus today is on the business development and financial management of GHO.

Shruti has over 10 years of design thinking experience, helping to build award-winning, impactful brand and product experiences for large global companies such as Nike, Google, Telstra, Shiseido, Macquarie Bank and Toyota. More recently, Shruti has used her expertise to help local Australian startups develop first-class customer experience.
