The 21-Day Challenge

To help businesses activate change within their organisation, we created the CommBank 21-Day Change Challenge. The three-week program helps business leaders to define a change objective, unlock insights into their customers and operations, and plan and prioritise opportunities. The challenge pack was presented as a downloadable PDF, with supporting website content and communications.

Results

The campaign outperformed against all agreed objectives:

  • Over 32,000 website visits during the campaign period
  • Over 1,200 report downloads
  • Over 1,000 telephone call leads received – more than 800% of plan
  • Over 300 email sign ups
  • And several entries into the competition to win one of two Change Workshops, valued at up to $35,000.
