As digital-first disruptors began building stronger relationships with drivers through smarter tools and connected experiences, SG Fleet recognised the need to evolve and reposition for the future.

Our CoLab sprints brought together SG Fleet’s diverse stakeholder group to align around a shared vision and roadmap.
By involving teams as reviewers, collaborators and co-creators throughout the process, we helped build confidence, alignment and internal momentum for change.

We approached design as a strategic framework for building connected products and touchpoints, underpinned by a flexible design system that empowered SG Fleet’s internal teams to scale with confidence.

The 2025 launch of ‘MySG’ for the novated traveller audience is one example, with SG Fleet continuing to evolve and optimise experiences built on the strategic foundations co-created with GHO.
